The benefits and effectiveness of e-learning are well documented. However, the success of e-learning is very much dependent on the support provided for a student during the period of their study. Safety4Business recognises this key factor in learning effectiveness, and is committed to supporting and guiding each and every one of our students throughout their chosen course of study. Every student registering for one of our online IOSH or NEBOSH courses is assigned to a member of our dedicated support team who will make and maintain contact with that student. This contact is designed to support them in their studies and monitor their progress throughout their learning experience. Support is provided by phone, email or Skype; the aim being to resolve any concerns or queries as quickly as possible, so enabling the student to avoid stress and concentrate on their studies.

Student support also includes access to one of our highly qualified IOSH and NEBOSH consultants, should the need for specialist advice or support arise.

In addition to student support we also aim to achieve high satisfaction rates by offering organisations a wide variety of management reporting services. These services include the use of a Learning Management System, regular usage reporting and optional student telemarketing.
